These peppers are used to give many dishes, such as jerk dishes, their unique spicy and hot flavor. They have a heat rating of 100,000- 300,000 Scoville Units.
Scotch Bonnet is often mistaken for the Habanero Peppers but it has a very distinctive flavor. How to use it:• Add a couple drops overcooked meals for a distinctive spicy flavor• Add 1/2 tsp in stews, soups, and stir-fries if you like it hot• A great substitute for salt.
